The SA6 is a simple portable spectrum analyzer and signal source designed to display the signal spectrum in the 35 to 6200 MHz frequency range.
You are not advised to upgrade the software
The analyzer finds out the amplitude and frequency of the spectral component of the process being analyzed. Spectrum analyzers can handle signals from all widely used technologies: Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, CDMA, DCS, GSM, GPRS, GLONASS, etc.
Another important feature is that the tracking generator has additional functionality, which makes it possible to measure the frequency response of passive or active devices, such as filters or amplifiers. The software allows measurement of SWR and return loss modules. This requires an external directional coupler and a set of calibration measures.
SA6 is mainly used for field operation. The device is robust, lightweight and has low energy consumption. It enables service centers and maintenance teams to perform on-site HF analysis for commissioning and repair work. In addition, spectrum analyzers are the perfect solution for repair shops and radio enthusiasts.
